Most Worthy of International Recognition!

In a recently conducted survey, Girls’ Generation was voted as the K-pop stars most deserving of recognition outside of Korea.

From the 26th of July until the 2nd of August, a weeklong poll asked: “Which K-Pop Hallyu Star is Worth Overseas Recognition?” Girls’ Generation trumped the poll by garnering an outstanding 43.7% of the votes, that’s 83,705 out of the 191, 674 who voted!

For those keeping score, SM Labelmate Super Junior took the 2^nd spot with 26% of the votes, followed by JYJ (8%), TVXQ (5.4%) and KARA (5.4%) taking 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th respectively.
With the K-pop Hallyu Wave gradually spreading across the globe, it’s great to see that our girls’ are leading the pack!
